Hey guys, so I have this brand new blog on dreamwidth, I decided like a fool to expand my reach to all the platforms that Fandom is on. Yeah, I'm hoping that this is a smart move. So keep your fingers crossed and be free to tell me what you think. 

This blog will also be the place for where all of the stuff I can't put on the official blog and the communities will also be here as well. I have taken the week of to ostensibly write, and I got three out of the five posts done. I wish I took two weeks, but my blog is new and I don't want to take too long.

However, a couple things happened this week. One I got rid of my clunky desktop and traded into to a slick and lightweight laptop. I named said Laptop Toby, btw! Then the pipes broke in my house and my parents are going out of town for their anniversary, leaving me with four kids under the age of ten.

If you were wondering about that, I'm raising my sister's biological kids alongside with my parents. So I usually have their support, and that has taken away from me this weekend. So my catch up week has been a semi-success. *sigh*

I'll try to take two weeks in a few months,

Right now, I'm also taking this time off to update the site. I'm changing the navigation, compiling some categories, deleting some categories. I'm also changing my email subscribers over to mailchimp, because it's better for any potential growth of my subscribers. Also,it's much spiffy than jetpack's notifications.

I will also be changing the front page again and taking off the recs. I will be occasionally reccing one or two fics. But I'm saving my longer rec posts for Fannishery's monthly newsletter. I will also being starting to put some money aside to do some giveaways.

I will later in maybe in another month or so doing monthly podcasts.

So yeah, a lot on my plate but hopefully I can keep up with everything now that I have the new laptop.
